UTM Manager → Reports is the Pro reporting screen. Where the free dashboard gives you a fixed 14-day summary, Reports lets you choose the period and adds location, device, and custom-parameter breakdowns.
This is a Pro feature.
Headline stats
Across the top:
- Total leads — every unique visitor recorded, all time.
- New · <period> — leads first seen during the selected date range.
- Custom parameters — how many custom parameters you currently capture.
Choosing a date range
The selector next to the trend chart offers:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 12 months
- All time
The chart’s buckets adapt to the range you pick — a single column for a day, daily columns for the 7- and 30-day windows, monthly columns for 12 months and all time. Empty periods are shown as gaps rather than skipped, so a quiet week looks quiet instead of disappearing.
New-leads trend
The bar chart counts leads by their first-seen date, so it measures genuinely new visitors — returning leads don’t inflate it. Hover a bar to see the exact date and count.
Read it against your campaign calendar: a spike the day after a send, a plateau when a budget ran out.
Attribution breakdowns
Six panels rank your most common last-touch values by lead count, showing up to eight values each — two more than the free dashboard’s six:
- Top Sources, Top Mediums, Top Campaigns — as on the free dashboard, each value links straight to the Leads table filtered to it.
- Top Countries — from the country enrichment, when your host or CDN provides a country header.
- Devices and Browsers — parsed from the user agent locally.
Country, device, and browser panels stay empty until enrichment is enabled under Settings → Pro Settings → Geolocation & Device, and country additionally needs an edge header such as Cloudflare’s CF-IPCountry. See Pro Features for what each source requires.
Custom parameter breakdowns
Below the standard panels, each custom parameter you’ve defined gets its own breakdown, titled with the label you gave it — so gclid becomes Google Click ID and ranks your top click IDs by lead count.
If you haven’t defined any custom parameters yet, this section links you to the setup screen instead.
Reading the numbers
- Breakdowns use each lead’s last-touch attribution — their most recent tagged campaign, not the one that originally found them. Per-lead first-touch values are on the lead detail view.
- Leads whose visits never carried tracking parameters count toward totals but appear in no breakdown.
- Values are case-sensitive:
Googleandgooglerank separately. Keep your campaign URLs consistent — see Tracking Parameters. - Every figure is computed from your own indexed tables. Nothing is fetched from an external analytics service, and the screen stays fast at scale.
