Open UTM Manager → Leads to see every visitor the plugin has captured.
The leads table
Each row is one unique visitor, with these columns:
- Visitor — their email if known, otherwise their WordPress user name, otherwise the anonymous visitor ID. Identity upgrades automatically when an anonymous visitor logs in — their history stays attached.
- UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Campaign, UTM Term, UTM Content — the lead’s current (last-touch) attribution values.
- Visits — how many page views the lead has made.
- Last Seen — when they most recently visited.
Columns you don’t need can be hidden under Screen Options.
Click a lead to open its detail view.
Filtering
Above the table you can combine:
- Source / Medium / Campaign dropdowns — populated with the values that actually exist in your data, so you never guess at spellings.
- Date range — restrict to leads last seen between two dates.
- Search box — matches against email, visitor ID, and UTM source / medium / campaign values.
Set the dropdowns and dates, then click Filter. Once any filter is active a Reset link appears next to the button to clear them all in one click.
Filters combine with AND logic: filtering source google + campaign black-friday-sale shows only leads whose latest attribution matches both. They also survive searching, sorting, and paging, so you can narrow a filtered set further without starting over.
Sorting and pagination
Three columns are sortable — click their headers to toggle direction:
- Visitor (sorts by email)
- Visits
- Last Seen — the default sort, newest first
Use Screen Options (top-right of the page) to change how many leads are shown per page; the default is 20.
Deleting leads
- Single lead — hover the row and click Delete.
- Bulk — tick the checkboxes, choose Delete from the Bulk Actions dropdown, and apply.
Deleting a lead also removes all of its visit history. This is permanent — export first if in doubt.
Notes
- A lead is created on a visitor’s first tracked page view, whether or not it carried UTM parameters. Attribution fields fill in whenever a UTM-tagged visit happens.
- Leads are deduplicated by first-party visitor ID, never by IP address — two colleagues on the same office network are two separate leads.
