Dashboard

Send Emails → Dashboard is the first screen of the plugin and the quickest way to answer “is my email working?”. It summarizes your sending activity for the last 7, 30, or 90 days — switch the range with the picker at the top.

The stat tiles

  • Sent — emails successfully handed off to your mail system in the selected period. This counts every send: campaigns, automations, and one-off composed emails.
  • Failed — sends that errored. A failure here means your server (or SMTP service) refused or couldn’t deliver the message; open the email log to see the exact error per email.
  • Open rate — the share of sent emails that were opened, measured by the tracking pixel. Only populated when open tracking is enabled. Note that some inboxes (notably Apple Mail privacy features) prefetch images, so treat opens as a trend indicator rather than an exact count.
  • Click rate — the share of sent emails where a tracked link was clicked. Requires click tracking to be enabled. Clicks are a much stronger engagement signal than opens.
  • Attributed revenue — if the WooCommerce or EDD integration is active, this tile shows store revenue from orders placed within 7 days of a tracked email click. It’s the single best number for judging what your email program is worth.

The per-day chart

Below the tiles, a bar chart plots sends per day across the selected range. Use it to spot the shape of your program: campaign spikes, the steady baseline from automations, and any sudden cliff that usually means a delivery problem worth investigating in the logs.

Reading the numbers honestly

  • Open and click rates are zero until you enable tracking in Settings — that’s by design; tracking is off by default in your privacy policy’s favor.
  • Rates are computed from the email log, live. Deleting log rows removes them from the stats.
  • Industry-wide, a 20–30% open rate and 2–5% click rate are healthy for most lists. If your numbers sit far below that, check your deliverability setup before rewriting your subject lines.
