WooCommerce → Delivery Reports is the analytics screen in Delivery Manager Pro. Every figure is computed from the delivery log table, not by scanning order meta, so it stays fast as your order volume grows.
Filtering
At the top: a From and To date range, an All delivery persons dropdown to focus on one driver, and Apply. Three shortcuts — 7 days, 30 days and This month — cover the usual questions in one click.
Every number, chart and table on the page respects the current filter.
Summary tiles
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Deliveries assigned | Assignments made in the range. |
| Delivered | Deliveries completed in the range. |
| Failed attempts | Failed-attempt events in the range. |
| In progress now | Deliveries currently pending or active — a live number, not range-bound. |
| On-time rate | Percentage of deliveries completed on or before their expected delivery. Shows — when nothing in the range had an expected delivery to compare against. |
| Avg. assigned → delivered | Average time from assignment to delivery — how long a job sits in the system end to end. |
| Avg. out for delivery → delivered | Average time in transit — the driving part alone. |
How “on time” is decided: an order’s expected delivery is its date plus the end of its time slot (or the end of the day when no slot is set). Deliver before that moment and it counts as on time — so the slots you configure under General directly shape this number.
Charts and tables
- Deliveries per day — a trend chart of completed deliveries across the range.
- Status changes — how many times each delivery status was reached, so you can see where orders stall.
- Delivery persons — the leaderboard: per driver, the number assigned, delivered and failed, their fail %, their on-time % and their average delivery duration.
- Zones — deliveries completed and on-time % per zone, to spot areas that consistently run late.
CSV export
Export CSV at the top of the screen downloads the delivery log for the current filter — the same date range and driver — as a spreadsheet-ready file. Use it for payroll, for a courier reconciliation, or to build your own charts. Values are escaped so that a note beginning with = or + can’t be interpreted as a formula by a spreadsheet application.
Getting useful numbers
- Set time slots. On-time rate is only meaningful once deliveries have an expected delivery to be measured against.
- Use Failed Attempt rather than leaving orders open. The failure counts and the retry pattern are what make the leaderboard actionable.
- Set capacities. Least loaded assignment plus per-driver capacity is what keeps the average durations from drifting on a busy night.
- Let the log fill. Deliveries that happened before Pro was installed have no log rows, so they don’t appear in the report even though their timeline renders correctly.
