Image Generator Pro is an add-on that extends the free plugin (v1.8.0+ required, both plugins active). It adds new building blocks to the Template Studio — everything in the free plugin stays free.
Rating layer
Draw a rating on any template — for reviews, product roundups and recipes.
- Value — a number like
4.5, or a tag such as{rating}or{custom_field:rating}so each post shows its own score. - Out of — the scale, up to 10.
- Shape — Stars or Dots; values like 4.5 are drawn with a partly filled shape.
- Align, Spacing, Color, Empty color and Empty opacity.
Progress bar layer
Show progress — "Part 3 of 8" in a course or series, a goal reached, a challenge day.
- Value and Out of — numbers, or tags such as
{custom_field:part}and{custom_field:parts}. - Rounded ends, Color, Track color and Track opacity.
Badge layer
A shape with text that sizes itself to fit — for "NEW", "-30%", "Best pick" or "Free".
- Shape — Circle, Starburst, Pill or Rectangle.
- Text — plain text or tags like
{sale_percent}, with its own Font and colors.
WooCommerce tags
On WooCommerce products, four extra merge tags put live product data on your images:

Combine them with Show only when: show a sale badge only when {sale_percent} is not empty.

Templates never break
Pro layers and tags keep rendering even when your license expires or isn’t active — templates that use them keep producing the same images. Only the Studio tools, the premium designs and updates need an active license. If you deactivate Pro, its layers are kept in your templates (shown as unavailable in the Studio) and come back when you reactivate it.
