Send Emails keeps contacts, campaigns, automations and logs in fast database tables of their own, and runs its admin as a modern app built on WordPress components. No per-subscriber fees, ever.

Contacts CRM

Unlimited contacts with names, company, phone and country. Tag, search, filter and bulk-manage them, fast even at 100,000+ contacts.

CSV import & export

Upload a CSV, adjust the auto-detected column mapping and assign tags. Existing contacts are updated, never duplicated.

Email campaigns

Send to all subscribers or specific tags, with test sends, scheduling, pause and resume, and per-campaign stats.

Merge tags

Personalize subject lines and content with first name, company, unsubscribe link and more.

Automations

Trigger, conditions and steps: send emails, add or remove tags, wait, and update contact fields automatically.

Form integrations

Capture leads from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, BeautyForms and more.

WooCommerce & EDD

Sync customers with order totals, trigger automations on purchases and see revenue from email clicks.

Open & click tracking

Optional, privacy-respecting tracking, off by default, with signed redirect links that cannot be abused.

Email logs

Every send recorded with status and error details, plus one-click resend.

Built-in compliance

Unsubscribe links, one-click List-Unsubscribe headers and an automatic footer on every campaign.

Instant compose

Quick one-off emails with To, CC, BCC, rich content and file attachments.

TESTIMONIALS

What users say about Send Emails

★★★★★

Super handy

Super handy email plugin. Used in conjunction with an email logger we were able to make a nice little messaging system right on our site. We requested a hook to be able to customize the emails, and the developers implemented it right away. This plugin should be higher up in search results.
